In an April Letter to Bellefonte Borough Council, Dr. Robert Grossman, PhD, expressed an interest in conducting Bellefonte ghost walks in the historic district using accounts of paranormal activity complied from research, interviews, newspapers and internet sources--all documented and verified.
Dr. Grossman stated in his letter: "current research indicates that Victorian Bellefonte is a very paranormally active community."
